Now my favorite band is Van Halen so I obviously know who Valerie Bertinelli is (Eddie's ex-wife all you who haven't discovered the magic of VH (David Lee Roth VH...not Sammy). I did not think this was her book because I literally ran up to go pick up the book. I swear to God I thought Paula Abdul published her autobiography about how she is losing her mind. You can tell she is...it's so obvious. Just watch American Idol: all the evidence is there. It's like clockwork:
