How I'm Going to be a Millionaire

It's a pretty simple plan that I probably should go about but wont but anyways...here it is. It's simple. I need to inherit my house. Then I need to either A. Go half with my sister or B. Buy my sister's share of the house so I solely own it. Then, I knock down the house and build this. (Side note: If you're not familiar with Cheshire or where I live (on the street with Pops Pizza...gonna keep it to that for all the potential stalkers ;-) ), you might not understand why this will work.)
